Qualifications

• Experience helping residents with activities of daily living.
• Ability to perform laundry and housekeeping.
• Knowledge of infection control and universal precautions.
• Ability to observe changes in resident physical or mental status.
• Punctual and reliable with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, and other care as needed.
• Provide laundry and housekeeping services to residents as assigned.
• Demonstrates knowledge of infection control and universal precautions.
• Observes any changes in resident physical or mental status and communicates changes appropriately.
• Maintains an acceptable attendance record; notifies supervisor if late or unable to work in accordance with personnel polices; follows the assigned work schedule.
