Job summary

Ridgeway Senior Living is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with individualized assessment and care plans. You will work closely with nursing staff to maintain warm, safe, and supportive environments.

Responsibilities include documenting care activities, using PCC for accurate resident information, and promptly reporting changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to residents according to their assessment and care plan.
• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information when assisting with ADLs, meals, etc.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in a descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
