Job summary

Ridgeline Management Company seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in Albany, Oregon. This full-time role involves assisting with daily living, laundry, housekeeping, and maintaining infection control standards to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You will observe changes in residents' condition, report them promptly, keep a reliable attendance, and uphold the community's mission and care approach in everyday interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience helping residents with activities of daily living.
• Ability to perform laundry and housekeeping.
• Knowledge of infection control and universal precautions.
• Ability to observe changes in resident physical or mental status.
• Punctual and reliable with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, and other care as needed.
• Provide laundry and housekeeping services to residents as assigned.
• Demonstrates knowledge of infection control and universal precautions.
• Observes any changes in resident physical or mental status and communicates changes appropriately.
• Maintains an acceptable attendance record; notifies supervisor if late or unable to work in accordance with personnel polices; follows the assigned work schedule.
