Rydal Park, a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring a part-time Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team. You will support residents with activities of daily living and recreation, following our Philosophy for person-directed Care to maximize independence and participation.

We welcome new grads and prefer CNA or caregiving experience. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.50–$18 and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, wealth and well-being.

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a part time Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team!

Our Resident Assistants (RCAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Now Hiring Part Time 7a - 3pHourly range $16.50 - $18 depending on experienceTo be successful in the role, you would have:
