Job summary

HumanGood is hiring a Full-Time Resident Care Assistant for The Mansion at Rosemont in Bryn Mawr, PA. The role supports residents in assisted living, focusing on personal care and safety with a training-friendly path for non-CNA candidates.

Shifts are 3pm-11pm, every other weekend, with a base pay of $16.50 per hour plus a $1 per hour weekend differential. Applicants from varied backgrounds are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• No CNA certificate required; training may be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Ensure safety and protect residents as part of the assisted living care level.
• Incorporate CARF/CCAC standards into daily routines and support residents’ independence.
