Heritage Property Management operates Sheldon Meadows, a licensed Home for the Aged in Michigan. We seek a Resident Support Aide to deliver personalized care, support residents with daily activities, and promote independence while ensuring dignity and respect in daily routines.

Qualifikationen

• Caregiving experience or certification preferred (CNA/CENA/Home Health Aide).
• Minimum age 17 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Deliver care based on individualized service plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, dining.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
• Document care and services as directed.
• Assist residents with meals and life enrichment activities as needed.
