Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct health care services to residents in the care or custody of the State.
• Assist in activity of daily living and health care plans per treatment team assignments.
• Supervise residents in therapeutic milieu and participate in active treatment programs; accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Document in medical records and maintain accountability records in accordance with nursing standards.
