Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Resident Support Aide to assist residents with daily living activities and ensure care plans are followed. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and promoting independence in a living center setting in Michigan.

The position requires caregiving experience (CNA/CNA-type certs preferred), strong English communication, and ability to pass state background checks. Full-time 1st/2nd shifts and part-time options available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or certification preferred: CNA, CENA, HHA
• Minimum of 17 years of age
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
• Must be able to pass the state mandated criminal background screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on individualized service plans
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, dining
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor
• Document care and services as directed
• Assist residents with meals and life enrichment activities as needed

Position Purpose

Ensurethat all aspects of the residents’ personal care and service planareimplemented while assuring that the resident is treated with dignity and respect,assistingeach resident to be as independent and self-sufficient as possible.
