Job summary

Sheldon Meadows is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents with personalized care plans. Shifts available include 1st and 2nd, with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Compensation ranges per hour based on experience and credentials, with comprehensive benefits outlined in the employee handbook. Qualified applicants should have caregiving experience or relevant certification, be at least 17 years old, and able to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or certification preferred: CNA, CENA, Home Health Aide
• Minimum age 17
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
• Must be able to pass the state mandated criminal background screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on individualized service plans
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, dining
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor
• Document care and services as directed
• Assist residents with meals and life enrichment activities as needed
