Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, health needs, safety and comfort under supervision.
• Supervise activities and encourage resident participation.
• Assist with medication reminders and document times.
• Assist with transfers, bathing, and hygiene.
• Assist with meals and dining room assistance.
• Clean dining areas and transfer residents back to rooms.
• Offer emotional support and active listening to residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and privacy.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility policy.
