Colonial Oaks Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide in Indiana to assist with daily dietary department functions and meal service. The role emphasizes resident well-being, safe food handling, and teamwork within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of safe dietary procedures and geriatric needs.
• Willingness to work for residents' best interests and facility.
• Ability to work as part of a team and with other departments.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Some dietary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items to maintain quality of life for residents.
• Set up meal trays and deliver meals to residents.
• Assist with stocking deliveries.
• Wash and store pots, pans, dishes and utensils; sweep and mop floors.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and protect privacy.
• Keep dietary work areas clean and sanitary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
