Qualifications

• Florida-certified CNA in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Understanding of safe nursing practices in Florida.
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with feeding and dining transfers per care plan.
• Respond to resident calls promptly according to policy.
• Maintain resident rooms and organize belongings.
• Observe changes in appetite, skin, or behavior and report.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document vitals and care in medical records.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
