Oak Hill Senior Living in Brooksville, FL is seeking a dedicated Resident Aide to provide daily care, health support and comfort to residents under supervision of the Assisted Living Manager.

You will assist with activities, medications reminders, hygiene, dining, and emotional support while maintaining privacy and safety. Successful candidates show compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a compassionate senior living setting.

Formación

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassionate care for residents.
• Ability to work harmoniously with staff and residents.
• Patience, cheerful disposition and willingness to assist residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily care, health needs, safety and comfort to residents under supervision.
• Assist with medication reminders and document times.
• Assist residents in and out of showers and daily hygiene tasks.
• Assist with dining, meal setup and serving.
• Offer emotional support and active listening to residents.
