Job summary

You will work under the Health Services Director/Designee and coordinate with staff to maintain a safe, home-like environment.

The role requires English communication, physical stamina, and ability to follow care plans. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with 18–24 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• 18–24 months experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Assist with ADLs, meal service, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation of residents.
• Provide medication assistance as assigned and follow care plans.
• Report changes in resident status to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain infection control and safe, clean environment.
