Qualifications

• 18–24 months experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification and meet in-service training hours required for job classification and position.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal services including bathing, toileting, transfer and mobility assistance.
• Assists with meal setup, service and cleanup.
• Observes Resident status, communicates changes to nurse/designated agent.
• Maintains infection control and safety procedures; keeps environment clean and safe.
• Supports activities and social-recreational programs for Residents.
• Notifies nurse of status changes and follows all policies and procedures.

Education

Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred
