Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide to support daily living activities, assist with laundry, housekeeping, and meal services, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents in Defiance, Ohio.

You will report to the Health Services Director and coordinate with staff and volunteers to implement resident service plans, observe changes in status, and support social and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles.
• Ability to perform position responsibilities adequately.
• Clear English speaking and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and gives reports between shifts and reviews assignments.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, housekeeping, and mobility assistance as needed.
• Maintains infection control procedures and a clean, safe environment.
• Records Resident information and follows safety and emergency procedures.
• Notifies nurse or supervisor of changes in Resident status or needs.
