Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo ID before procedures or meals.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Maintain safety and privacy of residents and facility information.
