Job summary

Responsibilities

• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/ Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts clearly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including PHI.
• Assist residents with daily activities and basic needs as directed by care plans.
