Windsorwoods is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans and assessments. You will identify residents, record vitals, assist with meals and personal care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and ability to work with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan and assessment.
• Identify residents before procedures and escort as needed.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure safety.
