Avir Vista is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, observe residents, and report changes to nurses to support safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and documenting care; following care plans; supporting infection control and safety policies while promoting residents' rights and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the State or must within four months of employment have completed state required training and a competency evaluation program.
• Must have ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other associates.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and positioning in and out of bed, chair, etc.
• Assists with resident recreation programs and meals; records food intake as needed.
• Reads and follows daily care plans; performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures; reports changes to nurse in charge; documents care provision.
• Reports accidents and incidents; provides nursing functions as directed by supervisor.
• Promotes safety, sanitation and infection control; adheres to PPE use.
• Attend orientation and in-service training; participate in staff meetings and training.
