Harmony Senior Services in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care for residents. You will support daily living activities, assist with meals and mobility, and help maintain a clean environment while coordinating with nursing staff.

The role requires a HS diploma, PCA program completion, strong communication, and the ability to lift or move residents safely. CPR/First Aid certification and flexible scheduling are valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of approved Personal Care Aide program as applicable by state.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organized, able to work with staff at all levels.
• Polite and respectful to residents, visitors, and coworkers.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Assist residents to dining rooms and events; monitor meals and attendance.
• Report resident status and concerns to nurses and management.
• Provide emotional support during move-ins and transitions.
• Represent the community in a positive, professional manner.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; flexible weekends/holidays.
