Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare in Walnut Ridge, AR, is seeking Resident Assistants to support residents with meals, activities, and daily care. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, answering phones, and assisting residents to appointments while documenting care.

Job Summary:

The Resident Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with their nutritional, recreational and social activities. RAs are responsible for general cleanliness of resident's rooms, and equipment. In addition, The RA may perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, taking resident's to in-house appointments and documenting resident care.

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare geriatric setting is a plus. Must attend and successfully complete C.N.A classes within 3 months of hire. C.N.A classes are provided by the facility.
