Lawrence Healthcare is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with meals, activities, and daily living tasks in a geriatric setting. You will help with room care, cleanliness, and basic administrative duties to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; CNA training is provided and expected to be completed within 3 months of hire. Previous geriatric healthcare experience is a plus, and benefits are highlighted in our comprehensive

Job Summary: The Resident Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with their nutritional, recreational and social activities. RAs are responsible for general cleanliness of resident's rooms, and equipment. In addition, The RA may perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, taking resident's to in-house appointments and documenting resident care.

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience:A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a healthcare geriatric setting is a plus. Must attend and successfully complete C.N.A classes within 3 months of hire. C.N.A classes are provided by the facility.
