Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Duluth, MN is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and comfort in a compassionate home-like setting.

The role includes assisting with toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, dementia care, medication administration, and end-of-life support. Shifts run 10:30 PM–6:30 AM with scheduling flexibility and pay up to $22/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass DHS background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; under 18 may be considered only if a valid CNA license is held.
• Provide compassionate, dignified care to aging residents.
