Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide essential daily living support to residents. You will assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and activities while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained within 60 days of hire. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a compassionate approach to resident well-being, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) program as applicable.
• Must communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, push or carry 25 lbs and assist transfers.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas and common spaces.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Support dining and activity participation and escort to meals.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information in line with policies.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition and emotional support.
