Job summary

Valley View Retirement Community in Pennsylvania is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to support residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being through personal care, meals, and daily activities. You’ll respond to emergency calls, help with dining and activities, and maintain a safe, respectful living environment while observing changes in residents’ health to keep families informed.

PRN (As Needed) Position Shifts: 7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM, & 11PM - 7AM
Valley View is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to support the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide personal care, assist with meals and activities, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where older adults can thrive.

What You’ll Do
