Qualifications

• Provide personal care based on individualized resident service plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency call systems and resident needs.
• Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
• Support social and recreational activities while encouraging resident participation.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition, preferences, or health status.
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience preferred but not required.

Valley View is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistantsto support the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Part-time Positions Available

• Resident Assistant
  • 7:00AM to 3:00PM Every other weekend and holiday
  • 11:00PM to 7:00AM Every other weekend and holiday

What You'll Do

Provide personal care and support based on individualized resident service plans

Respond promptly to emergency call systems and resident needs

Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup

Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment

Support social and recreational activities while encouraging resident participation

Observe and report changes in resident condition, preferences, or health status

Assist with housekeeping, laundry, snacks, and beverages as needed

What You Bring
