Job summary

Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA, is seeking a part-time LPN to provide comprehensive resident care during evening to night shifts. You will lead the Resident Assistant team, review care plans, and ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.

You will document accurately, report discrepancies, and uphold residents’ dignity and preferences while aligning with the facility’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Practical Nursing License (LPN).
• Knowledge of Personal Care Home regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to lead, guide, and support Resident Assistant team members.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Commitment to mission-driven, resident-centered care.

6:00PM - 6:30AM 2 12-hour shifts Every other weekend & holiday
