Valley View Retirement Community is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to support residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll provide personal care, assist with meals, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where older adults can thrive. Shifts include 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care based on individualized resident service plans.
• Respond to emergency call systems and resident needs promptly.
• Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment; observe changes in condition.
• Support social activities and encourage resident participation.
