Job summary

Valley View Retirement Community is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to support the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. This part-time role includes 7:00AM to 3:00PM and 11:00PM to 7:00AM shifts, with every other weekend and holiday.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with meals and activities, maintain a safe living environment, and report changes in residents’ condition.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care per individualized resident plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency call systems and resident needs.
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities
