Home Again Assisted Living Inc. in Waunakee, Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to support residents with daily living activities and to create a warm, caring home environment.

If you're patient, dependable, and passionate about helping older adults, we'd love to have you on our team. You'll perform caregiving tasks like bathing, dressing, meals, mobility support, and companionship, while following safety and dignity guidelines.

• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Must be 16 years or older

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that are meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep the community running smoothly

Part Time and Full Time Hours Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• 2nd Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• 3rd Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do:

Every day, you'll make a difference by:

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities

• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)

• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
