Job summary

Home Again Assisted Living Inc. in Waunakee, WI seeks compassionate Resident Assistants for part-time and full-time roles on the 3rd shift (10:00p–6:00a). You will provide kind, respectful care to residents, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility, and support daily activities in a welcoming home-like setting.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. Must be 16+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
