Job summary

Home Again Assisted Living Inc. is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to create a warm, caring environment for residents. You’ll provide respectful care, assist with activities of daily living, help with meals, and support mobility while engaging residents in meaningful enrichment.

Shift options include AM, PM, and NOC with part-time and full-time hours. The role emphasizes a caring heart, positive attitude, and strong communication in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges.
• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.

Part Time and Full Time Hours Available:

• AM Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• PM Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• NOC Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do:

Every day, you'll make a difference by:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities

• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
