Home Again Assisted Living Inc. is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to create a warm, caring environment for residents. If you’re dependable and passionate about helping others, you’ll join a supportive team with opportunities for growth and paid training.

• Experience with older adults is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Help with meals, dining, and mobility support (wheelchair or walking)
• Offer friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities
• Support the team with other tasks to keep the community running smoothly

Part Time and Full Time Hours Available:

• AM Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• PM Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• NOC Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do:

Every day, you'll make a difference by:

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities

What We're Looking For:

• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges

• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
