Job summary

Home Again is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to create a warm, caring environment for our residents. You will perform daily activities, assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility, and support a friendly, home-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with meals, dining, and mobility support (wheelchair or walking).
• Offer reminders for meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly and with care.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities.
• Support the team with other tasks to keep the community running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
