Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Rochester, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, foster compassionate care, and build meaningful relationships.

Part-time 2 pm - 10 pm shifts available with option to pick up hours. Strong communication in English is required; BLS certification is preferred. No CNA required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
