Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Salary

$18.91-$21.94 per hour.

Shift & Location

Shift: Nights 2pm-10:30pm, varies days, every other weekend. Location: Rochester, MN (Madonna Towers), Campus: Benedictine Living Community – Rochester Madonna Towers.
