Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-La Crosse is seeking a Resident Assistant (Days) to support residents with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and help maintain a respectful living environment. You will document observations and assist with onboarding new associates, contributing to a compassionate care team in a part-time day shift.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, communication, and reliable attendance, with scheduled days that vary and every-other-weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Resident Assistant - Part-Time Day Shift

Schedule: Part-time Morning/Days, 6:00am-2:00pm and 6:00am-11:00am
