St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment in a compassionate, attentive manner.

You will provide observation, documentation, and assist with onboarding of new Associates as part of a compassionate, team-focused environment. This role emphasizes English communication, safety, and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification
