Job summary

Benedictine Living in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant. You will support residents with daily living activities, help maintain a clean, comfortable environment, and build meaningful relationships with residents and team members.

You will observe and document resident status, assist with onboarding of new associates, and complete required medication administration training. Strong communication, English literacy, and a compassionate, self-sufficient approach are

• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
