Job summary

Living Branches is seeking Resident Assistants to join our team across all shifts, both full-time and part-time. You will provide compassionate care to residents, follow care plans, and work closely with nurses to maintain high-quality services at our Pennsylvania community.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, meals, activities, and daily tasks while documenting care and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize under pressure.
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per individualized care plan and support plan.
• Record rounds and status for each resident and communicate with the care team.
• Maintain documentation critical for nursing staff.
• Assist with daily hygiene, bathing, and changing linens as needed.
