Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in personal care, healthcare, or senior living preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility per care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity, privacy, and comfort while delivering care.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisor or nurse.
• Follow individualized care plans and participate in updates as directed.
• Respond promptly to call bells, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Assist with resident transportation to dining rooms, activities, appointments, and community events.
