Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA for Memory Care on 2nd shift, full-time with every other weekend. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote dignity and independence, and support a compassionate care team.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs, and good communication skills. Training is provided, and benefits include health insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and tuition

Qualifications

• Ability to perform activities of daily living with respect and dignity.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene support.
• Assist with meals, setup, service and feeding when needed.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Commitment to caring for seniors in a memory care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to meet physical, emotional and social needs.
• Support residents with activities and mobility as required.
• Monitor safety and maintain a clean, respectful environment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver consistent care and communication.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisors.
