Bethel Home & Services, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to join Bethel Oaks Memory Care Facility.

We offer full-time or part-time day and evening shifts, and every other weekend in a secure, family‑like environment. As a Resident Assistant you will supervise residents and provide personal and supportive care under the guidance of the Coordinator and RN, in accordance with the care plan.

We have openings for full-time or part-time days and evenings and every other weekend Resident Assistant position in our Memory Care Facility, Bethel Oaks. Secure, safe environment, working with a strong support system.

As a Resident Assistant you will provide supervision for residents and function as a member of the support team. You will provide a clean, safe, and social environment for the tenants. The Resident Assistant also provides personal and supportive cares to the tenants under the supervision and guidance of the Coordinator and the RN, in accordance with the plan of care. Resident Assistant’s receive a competitive wage, plus shift differential and have the opportunity for regular reviews with the potential for wage increases.
