Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, document observations, and assist with onboarding new Associates. The role requires English literacy, ability to multitask, and adherence to medication administration training.

It is a 0.5 FTE, on-site position in Minnesota with a robust benefits package. Compensation starts at $19.15–$20.90 per hour, with PTO, retirement, medical and dental options, and education assistance.

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Provide observation and documentation of resident activities.
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
