Job summary

Hickory Senior Living Management, LLC is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate personal care to residents in Russellville, Alabama. Shifts include 7a-3p, 1p-9p, and 3p-11p with immediate access to DailyPay.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, responding to pull cords, aiding with medications, serving meals, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment. Candidates must be reliable, empathetic, and able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care and services for residents including ADLs.
• Respond to pull cords and calls for assistance.

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and assist with two-person lifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and guests.
• Respond to pull cords and calls for assistance.
• Assist with ADLs including ambulating, transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals.
• Assist with daily personal hygiene and monitoring.
• Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner.
• Clean residents' apartments and common areas.
• Accompany residents to scheduled appointments.
• Work well with others and independently; follow instructions.

Job description

Shift Hours: 7a-3p, 1p-9p, and 3p-11p.

Pay: $10-12.50/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

• Rate of pay is based on experience

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, families, and guests

• Provide personal care and services for all residents including:

  • Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance

  • Assist all residents in the event of an emergency

  • Assist with ADLs includingambulating,transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals,etc.

  • Assist in performing, monitoring and supervision of daily personal hygiene of residents

  • Assist residents with medications

  • Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner

  • Clean resident's apartments, launder their clothing and linens, clean common areas of community

  • Accompany residents toscheduled appointments

• Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and followbothoral and writteninstructions

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics
