Job summary

Hickory Senior Living Management, LLC is seeking a caregiver for the night shift to provide personal care to residents and respond to calls for assistance. Responsibilities include aiding with ADLs, meals, medications, and companionship in a compassionate setting.

Must be able to read, write, perform simple calculations, and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted, or 125 pounds with a two-person lift. This role requires reliable attendance, drug screening, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and services for all residents including ADLs (ambulating, transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Respond to pull cords and calls for assistance.
• Assist with medications as applicable.
• Serve residents in dining rooms professionally and warmly.
• Assist with daily housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany residents to scheduled appointments.

Shift Hours:7p-7a

Pay Range: $10-12/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

$500 sign on bonus after 60 days

• • Rate of pay is based on experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, families, and guests
  • Provide personal care and services for all residents including:
    • Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance
    • Assist all residents in the event of an emergency
    • Assist with ADL’s includingambulating,transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals,etc.
    • Assist in performing, monitoring and supervision of daily personal hygiene of residents
    • Assist residents with medications
    • Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner
    • Clean resident’s apartments, launder their clothing and linens, clean common areas of community
    • Accompany residents toscheduled appointments
  • Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and followbothoral and writteninstructions
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics
