Job summary

Hickory Senior Living Management, LLC is seeking caregivers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to provide compassionate care to residents. The role includes personal care, responding to assistance calls, and supporting residents in daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, hygiene, and mobility, as well as maintaining a clean living environment and accompanying residents to appointments. Pay ranges from $10 to $13 per hour with DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and perform simple calculations
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds with assistance
• Compassionate approach to elderly residents and ability to work with residents in need of assistance
• Willingness to perform personal care tasks and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and services for residents including ADLs
• Respond to pull cords and calls for assistance
• Assist residents in emergencies
• Assist with medications as applicable
• Serve residents in dining room professionally and courteously
• Clean residents' apartments and common areas
• Launder clothing and linens, transport residents to appointments

Pay: $10-13/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

• Rate of pay is based on experience
• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, families, and guests
• Provide personal care and services for all residents including:
  • Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance
  • Assist all residents in the event of an emergency
  • Assist with ADL’s includingambulating,transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals,etc.
  • Assist in performing, monitoring and supervision of daily personal hygiene of residents
  • Assist residents with medications
  • Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner
  • Clean resident’s apartments, launder their clothing and linens, clean common areas of community
  • Accompany residents toscheduled appointments
• Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and followbothoral and writteninstructions
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics
