Job summary

Hickory Senior Living Management, LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver for the Corinth, MS community. This role supports residents with personal care, responds to calls for assistance, and assists with daily activities in a warm, resident-centered environment.

The shift runs 7pm–7am with pay ranging from $11 to $13 per hour, and daily access to DailyPay. Applicants must be able to lift up to 75 lb unassisted and 125 lb with help, read and follow instructions, and work well in a team while

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift.
• Regular in attendance with the right attitude and attire.
• Sincere desire to work with the elderly and infirmed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and services for residents including assistance with ADLs.
• Respond to pull cords and calls for assistance.
• Assist with medications and dining room service.
• Keep residents' apartments clean and assist with laundry and linens.
• Accompany residents to scheduled appointments.

Shift Hours: (7p-7a)

Pay Range: $11-13/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

• Rate of pay is based on experience

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, families, and guests

• Provide personal care and services for all residents including:

  • Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance

  • Assist all residents in the event of an emergency

  • Assist with ADL’s includingambulating,transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals,etc.

  • Assist in performing, monitoring and supervision of daily personal hygiene of residents

  • Assist residents with medications

  • Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner

  • Clean resident’s apartments, launder their clothing and linens, clean common areas of community

  • Accompany residents toscheduled appointments

• Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and followbothoral and writteninstructions

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics
