Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents, supporting daily needs while honoring preferences under regulations and best practices.

Earn $19.45-$25.19 per hour plus shift differential for evenings/overnights, holiday premium, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, company-paid life and long-term disability, PTO and a 401(k). Varied shifts 2:00pm-10:30pm and 4:00pm-9:00pm.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality care and services to residents while complying with regulations and established best practices.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and monitor health status.
• Maintain documentation and participate in care planning and care conferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
• Assist residents with transferring, repositioning and walking; obtain vital signs.
• Maintain all required documentation per regulations and clinical best practices.
• Participate in resident care planning and care conferences, advocating for residents' preferences.
• Create a positive dining experience, assist with eating and dining activities.
• Greet residents with warmth and provide personalized service.

Demonstrate flexibility to adjust priorities in response to resident needs.Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting.Assist residents with transferring, repositioning and walking.Obtain vital signs accurately and report changes in resident health status.Maintain all required documentation in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices.Participate actively in the resident’s care planning and care conference, serving as the residents' closest advocate in provision of care and honoring their preferences.Create a positive dining experience for customers.
